If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us by email or phone as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Delivery of goods
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address listed on your order. Please clearly specify your daytime contact number (our courier may wish to call you) and your delivery address as requested.
Feel free to contact us if you have any specific delivery requests. We will do our best to accommodate! We do try to ensure orders are delivered within the delivery target period as advised by the courier companies. However, we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
We make every effort to get our top-quality product to your delivery address safely. Please check on arrival that products arrived in good condition. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift certificates are not eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please email us at [email protected] and we will arrange for a courier to pick up the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our commitment is to supply you with a top quality product. If your delivery doesn’t match what you ordered or if you receive something that you believe is of poor quality, please let us know, we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
