Our Ginger Pear Shrub is made with seasonal varieties of local organic pears combined with ginger juice. There is no other flavour quite like ginger and it’s zesty warmness pairs beautifully with the sweetness of pear. We love this one with sparkling water after a hard physical day.
Description
Shrubs are traditionally made with vinegar, sugar and fruit to create a concentrated syrup that is then diluted with water to make a delicious drink.
We make our shrubs by hand, using certified organic ingredients so you can feel good about drinking them.
