Our Plum Shrub is made in small batches using unique seasonal plums grown in the Motueka Valley. We add bay leaves and peppercorns for a subtle hint of woodsy, earthy flavours.
This intensely coloured shrub is so good as a simple soda or try it out in your mocktail and cocktail creations.
Description
Shrubs are traditionally made with vinegar, sugar and fruit to create a concentrated syrup that is then diluted with water to make a delicious drink.
We make our shrubs by hand, using certified organic ingredients so you can feel good about drinking them.
