Mixers for Sodas & Cocktails
A shrub is essentially a mixer that combines vinegar, plants (usually fruit), and sugar. Shrubs add both acidity and sweetness to a drink.
Shrubs have been made for hundreds of years. Being vinegar based meant that in the days before refrigeration it was possible to create long lasting fruit drinks that could be enjoyed out of season. This is our take on a traditional drink, providing unique and interesting options for your craft beverages.

Our Everyday Support Tonic is full of the goodness of citrus fruit, turmeric and ginger. This Tonic is supportive of overall wellness. Take it daily as a morning boost (it may even replace your coffee;)).

ANTIOXIDANT SUPPORT
Fruity and smooth.
This tonic is great for supporting our natural antioxidant function which prevents oxidative stress in the body. Excellent for those of us who exercise a lot or those who are exposed to a lot of sunlight or environmental pollutants. We recommend daily use.
FIERY
IMMUNE SUPPORT
Warming, earthy and powerful.
Supports immune function and can be used daily as a preventive measure or during illness to help support recovery. This tonic is on the ‘fiery’ side. Supporting good circulation, anti inflammatory, warming, clear airways, lung function and immunity.
CRAFTED BY HAND
Our Daily ACV tonics are crafted by hand in small batches, following long-established methods that herbalists have been using for centuries. We select herbs and fruits with specific qualities that support good health and well-being, many of these are grown ourselves.
Our ingredients are slowly macerated in raw organic apple cider vinegar for several weeks. This extracts beneficial vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients from the plants. After we strain our herbal vinegar, we add organic honeydew honey. This special honey is produced by bees that forage in native beech forests.
Finally, we bottle and carefully label this health-giving tonic, so it is ready to send to you.
