This mocktail recipe uses our Ginger Pear Shrub and celebrates the feijoa season while it lasts.
- 45ml Feijoa Simple Syrup -see here
- 25ml Ginger Pear Shrub
- 60ml Soda Water
- 2 sprigs of Thyme
Muddle thyme in a cocktail shaker with Ginger Pear Shrub, add Feijoa syrup and ice. Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water.
